Why use an Immigration Consultant?

Registered Immigration Consultants are those individuals who have received specific and rigorous training on the immigration programs and system in Canada. Using a registered immigration consultant means that you can ensure that they have attended and passed formal training to work in the immigration field. All regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants are regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Canada (CICC). This means that if you are thinking of using an immigration consultant and will be paying them a fee for their service, you will want to ensure that they are in good standing with the CICC. An immigration consultant cannot guarantee your results but working with one can decrease the probability of your application being rejected due to foreseeable errors. Working with One Village Immigration means that you will always be working with an immigration consultant who is in good standing with the CiCC and has had all of the required training and education to represent you 

How can I retain you for Canadian immigration services?

Contact us to let us know how we can help you. Explain what kind of help you are looking for and tell us a bit about your situation. We use the information that you provide to assess how best we can help you and what kind of help and support you may require. We inform you of this assessment and then let you know what the fee for this customized service. If you agree, you and One Village Immigration sign an agreement. You can have ample time to review the agreement and all aspects of the agreement will be explained to you. The agreement is important because it outlines all that One Village Immigration is responsible for and details all that we will do for you and how we will help you. 

How are the consultations done?

Contact us with a summary of what kind of help you are looking for. Are you looking for someone to represent you at a detention hearing or review, representation for a Refugee hearing or admissibility hearing?

Initial consultations (free for a duration of 30 minutes) to discuss what you needs are, are usually done virtually using MS teams or Zoom. They can also be done over the phone. Immigration consultants for One Village Immigration are located in Calgary.


What are your fees?

Each service is especially tailored to you and your specific needs. One Village Immigration will assess your needs and requirements and can provide you with a fixed cost of service after the initial consultation. If you would like to know what your estimated cost would be without a consultation, feel free to send us a message or email with details of the type of service you are looking for and we can send you a reasonable estimate. Initial consultations are free for 30 minutes.
